These Terms of Service apply when you access petsemble.com, purchase products from Petsemble or otherwise use our online store.

By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

Our Store

Petsemble operates an online retail store offering pet-related products and accessories.

Some products may be fulfilled and shipped by third-party suppliers or fulfilment partners on our behalf.

Eligibility

By placing an order, you confirm that:

You are authorised to use the payment method provided
You have the legal capacity to enter into the transaction

Products

We make reasonable efforts to accurately display product descriptions, specifications, colours and images.

Depending on the circumstances, customers may be entitled to a repair, replacement, refund or other remedy if a product fails to meet a consumer guarantee.

Product Use

Customers are responsible for using products in accordance with instructions, warnings and their intended purpose.

Pet products should be used with appropriate supervision where necessary.

If a product becomes damaged, unsafe or unsuitable for continued use, discontinue use.

Unless otherwise stated, content appearing on the Petsemble website, including branding, text, graphics, designs and website content, is owned by or licensed to Petsemble.
